I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciated Gregory Maley's assistance finding us a home.  We started looking with Gregory over a year ago, and ran into the many problems associated with trying to buy in a fast market with limited resources.  Gregory never stopped trying, including keeping in touch with us during our off months to see if there was anything he could do to help us.  We started again in January 05, and Gregory was right there for us again, including: last minute late afternoon home showings during DC rush hour traffic, providing a mortgage company when ours fell through because they were not licensed in DC, putting up with my MANY emails and phone calls at all hours of the day, and finally and most importantly, keeping our interests at the top of his priorities when the sellers agent was giving us a run around.  I appreciated Gregory's help so much, he is the only realtor I would recommend to anyone looking in the DC area.  Jim K. & Jim D.

A year ago it was my decision to sell my home and relocate but only to be awarded the hell-fired task of dealing with two of the most inexperienced, uncaring and not to mention impatient, dollar chasing real estate agents one could ever encounter. However, refusing to be dissuaded by past experiences, I pressed forward in my pursuit. During that time, I would hear others say “my agent is this” and “my agent is that” as I collected numerous real estate agent’s business cards. Finally, as faith would have it, while at work one day a co-worker came across an internet ad for real estate and a picture of Gregory Maley’s was posted listing him as a real estate agent for your company. The rest was history in the makings. I could not express my joy and happiness to read his ad. To make a long story even longer, Gregory and I used to work together years ago and even then he had a personality and character that afforded him the ability to work with some of the most difficult people at the firm. With all that being said, I cannot say enough about Gregory and probably sound-off as if I am a spokesperson for him. Gregory is truly awesome. He exuded the patience of a saint from the very beginning. His initial presentation began with how I should ready my house while giving good advice concerning cosmetic maintenance long before the listing of the property. Now when it came down to the grueling task of reviewing and signing the contracts, Gregory was very patient to explain whatever needed and comforted me in the areas of my concerns. Often times going back over things again to make certain that I understood what was being laid out before me. Trust me, dealing with me in this area alone would try even the patience of Job. At any rate, I truly felt that Gregory held my best interest at heart and definitely made sure throughout the entire process that things progressed smoothly, orderly and in a timely fashion. After the selling of my home, his inclusive efforts to find my new home, without running me from here to hell and back, were encouraging and astronomical. Throughout the entire process, never did I ever feel abandoned. Gregory made his presence well known and made sure to contact me on a daily basis. He continues to express his concerns and showers me with attention even now that the deals have closed. Throughout the sale and purchase process, I would occasionally joke with Gregory saying “I sure wished I could afford your hourly rate.” But please know, it would not have been out of my selfish needs, but because I truly feel Gregory is worth his wages and some. God could not have blessed me with a better agent to work with. He is very courteous and has a stunning personality to match. I commend him highly and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who exhibits true professionalism and possesses such special character traits for a person in his field. Angie A.
