Gregory cares what his clients think after the sale. At the end of each quarter, Gregory sends a questionnaire to each of the buyers and sellers with whom, during that quarter, he has settled a transaction. They are sent quarterly to ensure that clients can answer honestly, knowing that their anonymity is assured and, yet, if issues are uncovered that need to be addressed, Gregory is able to address them quickly to maintain the best service possible. When you think about your real estate experience, what stands out in your mind?
...What impressed us was Gregory's unconditional and unconventional approach to customer service. Gregory put OUR needs first and made it his number one priority to see us through to the end.
